Here are some tips for maintaing a healthy and fit body

5...Manage Stress....Find the healthy ways to manage stress, such as meditation, yoga or deep breathing excercises.
6....Avoid H armful Substances.....Avoid smoking and limit your alcohol and caffeine intake. Smoking is harmful to your healh and excessive alcohol consumption can lead to rande of health problems.
7....Stay Socially Connected...Having a support system of family and friend can help reduce stress and improve overall well-being.
8....Practice Good Hygiene....Wash your hands regularly, cover your mouth when you cough or sneeze, and avoid touching your face to help prevent the spred of illness.
